July 30- Concert News and More from Savana 1. RESPONSES TO THE SYMPHONY CONCERT It all went well. The sonata really worked. I have to break down the equipment, but I thought you'd like a quick, early word that it went well. Love ya, babe! Mo (McClellan, who is doing the cd of the concert) Hi melinda –Late Friday night - it is almost midnight and they are kicking us out so I have to do the album tomorrow. The concert was a stunning success. Just stunning. After it was over there was a very long few minutes of complete and total silence when grace filled the huge room from floor to ceiling to wall to wall, and we were all one. Oh my God. I have lots of photos from Hanafi and from Sjarif and my own....all from different activities. Love, Sulfiati SEE THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE! ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 2. More from our Aussie correspondent! (Savanna, who is sending regular letters to Michele von Royk-Lewinski) Hi Michele. I see you got the pictures of the parade. It was really exuberant and energetic and with lots of good feeling. The tall puppets obviously represented the races of the world and they often hugged each other and danced together so it was a lovely feeling. The congress tv is a great treat each night. I have been doing a segment using the Johnny Panda toy made by melissa and it has been a great success. the young kids go round with video cameras and make little films some of which are really amusing. the place is still totally buzzing and I’m really looking forward to the Viennese ball on Saturday. Yesterday we escaped from all the intensity and took a ride on 2 cable cars right up to the top of a nearby peak for breathtaking views of the valley of Innsbruck and glaciers around. the air was like champagne with tiny alpine flowers and thick green moss. The weather has finally heated up and yesterday and today it's over 30 degrees and sweltering. today we'll hear the congress reports and I'll try and get notes for you. tomorrow will be testing of WSA officials so I want to be present at that too. I did a workshop with Hermione Elliot on getting off the merry go round imagework stuff. All very enlightening and she makes it quite clear that we do not bring the latihan into this kind of self work which is reassuring to hear. All about patterns the repeat themselves and how to unblock them. we'll see if it works. Lara Week got opened yesterday and Bella and David are now here. Keji work continues in little rooms with different needs for different people but as an inactive helper I feel a bit out of that loop. Lilliana is testing for international SICA chair and don't know how that has gone yet. No word re. Ibu Rahayu's talk but will keep pursuing. She will also give a short talk to the youth. Apart from that, it's all happening and the feeling is good if not constant exhaustion. The enormous feelings of good will and love that pour out from a huge group like this together shows what we are capable of and should be putting more into practice in the world. Everyone I think feels that need for movement forward. More when I get it. All my love and will show video clips when I come back. Savana
