The following survey is being offered to get a clearer understanding of whom among you is interested in living either in a co-housing community or in an assisted living residence in the near future. By co-housing, we mean a community of Subud members (and perhaps others not in Subud) of mixed ages who would own their own residence and a share in some communal space such as a community center. By assisted living, we mean a place where Subud members (and perhaps others not in Subud) would have a private residence but with supportive care such as communal meals and nursing. We are asking that you complete the survey so that we have a better sense of who is interested in either of these options.
